Follow the link from your reminder text or email to complete any necessary forms. It is particularly important that we gather accurate health and medical history information. If you have dental records or recent X-rays from a previous office, let us know and we can request them.
Your insurance card, a photo ID, a current list of medications, and any dental appliances you use — night guard, retainer, partial, or anything else you wear regularly.
Free ground-level parking is available. Enter the building and take the elevator to the 8th floor — the doors open directly into our office. Check in at the front desk.
Dr. G will do a comprehensive exam including digital X-rays, oral cancer screening, and a full assessment. He'll talk you through everything he sees.
If treatment is needed, we'll discuss your options, the timeline, and the costs before anything is scheduled. No surprises.
Plan for 60–90 minutes for your first visit. We take the time to be thorough and to answer your questions.
We believe you should understand your coverage and costs before any treatment begins.
We are in-network with the following plans:
We're happy to submit claims and work with most major insurance companies. Not sure about your plan? Call us and we'll help you understand your benefits before your visit.
We are not a Medicaid or government-subsidized plan provider.
We'll always discuss fees and provide cost estimates before treatment. No surprises.
Questions about payment options? Give us a call — we're happy to help.
Dental insurance is not like medical insurance. Most plans were designed in the 1960s and 70s, and annual maximums haven't meaningfully changed since — typically $1,000 to $2,000 per year. That covered a lot more fifty years ago than it does today.
Dental insurance is best understood as a partial benefit. It helps reduce the cost of some services, but it was never designed to cover the full scope of what you may need. Most plans cover preventive care well, basic procedures partially, and major work at reduced rates — often with waiting periods, frequency limits, and exclusions.
We believe in doing what's right for every patient. That means our recommendations are based on your health — not on what a plan happens to allow. Limiting your care to only what insurance covers can mean deferring treatment that's needed now, which often leads to bigger, more costly problems down the road.
We'll always explain your benefits, give you clear cost estimates, and involve you in every decision. Our job is to show you what's right, help you understand why, and work with you to meet your individual needs.
